SUNLAND PK. DERBY

The Sunland Pk. Derbyfor 3 yr. olds has a purse of $650,000 and it is a Non-Graded Stakes.

Why is this Derby a non- graded stakes?

Trainer Bob Baffert's TB ran 1st and 2nd. last weekend.
Those without sin cast the first stone.

Should the Queen's Plate, for Canada-breds, be graded by our standards?

Million dollar purse there.
