I would love to know how each one of you would assess the following horses if you were attending a sale. These are from a past catalog. I am trying to gain more insight into the evaluation process and have learned alot and continue to learn from the GSV system and the Conduit Mare profile. (Thanks to Bill and George).
I wanted to see how some of you might interpret the following profiles. Please share so we can all learn. (The goal is to select the horse with the greatest potential for racing)

Here is my 2 cents worth:
My first intentions with horses I buy at the sales is to race them. So my evaluation may be different from people who purchase with the intent of having breeding stock.
I am not a fan of the dosage index. I do pay a little attention to GSV. I really dont understand the conduit mare analysis.
I assume this sale is a 2YO in training sale. The evaluation process is different to me at a 2YO sale vs a yearling sale. I could care less about pedigree at a 2YO sale. The under tack workout is more valuable than the pedigree. I look at movement moreso than how fast they zipped thru a furlong or 2 furlong work. After I watch the movement in the workout tapes, I got back to the barn and ask to see them. If they have faults I could live with then I go back to the video to see if the faults would prevent them from being a decent racehorse.
Then I set a price(budget) of how much I am willing to spend given the above factors.
