Our first winner!!

North Of Superior (Whiskey Wisdom) bred by my boss broke his maiden yesterday at Woodbine! He was in a Maiden Claimer ($11,500) going mile/16th and was 13th at the half, winning by a nose in the photo!

He's a 1/2 to multiple stakes winner Sugar Bay (Syncline) out of Otra Vez (Rahy). Hopefully he has learned winning can be fun. :wink:

I can't believe how exciting it was to watch a horse you've looked after from birth to when he was sold go into the winners circle. Otie is getting some major treats and I may play the replay for his 1/2 brother (Best Of The Best's) so he sees what he needs to do. :lol:

Congrats, Otra! We watch Sugar Bay all the time because she was bred by our breeding partner, and we also have Synclines of our own.
There is no greater thrill than watching one you bred get to the races, then win. I'll have to add NOS to my stable mail.
