We are in the 5th with "Yankee Trail" and the 6th with "Dancer's Wish."

The 5th goes off at 8:40pm and the 6th at 9:05pm. Crossing my fingers for a successful night!

Enjoy, every moment of it as much as possible.
There will plenty of moments with lesser enjoyment.

Hi

Sharper Edge is entered in the 9 furlong $100,000 Emerald Downs BC Derby Monday. Full field of 12. He's post #11, which shouldn't hurt. I prefer to see him outside of horses, he's such a big long-striding sort. This is a pretty tough spot though. I hope he does OK.

Sharper Edge ran 5th in the Emerald Downs Derby, beaten 2.5 lengths after being bumped at the start, and being carried 6 wide on the final turn. Was closing strongly at the end.

Well done Jen, congratulations!

And Sharper Edge will do better next time, with that strong closing kick, his time will come.
