He really took a step back as far as his form went. But he seemed to be fine from the effects of the race.

He did come in second, which is a positive. I can't help assessing what is going on with him form-wise, though. He really did not run up to his ability.

Not too bad, although not a winner.
He,s able to go any distance through the cards even 10 furlongs.
So next time better luck.

Not a bad race - considering he was second. From my point of view (watching TVG) when he went to pass at the start of the backstretch for the lead, it looked like the jockey was trying to hold him but DAT had no part of it. Learning to rate is tough, and for his second try at the distance he still looked like he was learning. Just my observation. Congrats on the check.

Thanks everyone. Hoping for a grass race soon. I think he will really improve on that surface.

He fired a nice one yesterday at Lone Star. Looks like he is starting to get back in good form.
