Today I gave VH away, to somebody I know, who is having 20 acres of pastures and some stables on it, in the middle of nowhere, nearby the german border.
We could not solve the problems she got while in training, too damn stressed, too eager just too much nasrullah and hail to reason in her ped.
She looked gorgeous on the horsevan before loaded to the trip to the north of our country, some 3 hours away.
She will meet her own dam, who is retired over there, and her oldest halfbrother. He was champion 2 year old before breaking.
I have a newbie bought this week 2 year old, with already 2 wins on the clock from 3 starts. Dam 46 starts 9 wins and a lot of placings, from a line
with runners all over, let's hope for the best. in a few weeks time it is planned she will run and we will wait and see.
Today I gave Vestal Heights away
Moderators: Roguelet, WaveMaster, Diane, K~2
It happend with sad feeling, and tears behind my eyes, after all the problems we went through as a yearling, and as a early two year old, but after all, she didn,t bad for us , she was having a good 3 year old campaign. Sometimes it has to go as it goes

Ben, I know how difficult this must have been for you, but I'm glad to hear she's got a nice new home and a caring environment.
So many times, you hear stories about people who don't take the time as you did to ensure her safety and happiness.
You'll have good luck in the future, I'm sure.

Hello Ben
I know how difficult that had to be for you. You had such high hopes. Thank God you are a caring person, and found her a safe place. After all of our emails, I feel that I know her, and I'm happy she will have a good home. I hope your new filly fulfills your dreams.

Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is like a broken winged bird that cannot fly.

Her name is Mellanie Surprise, a 2003 model 3 starts 2 wins for her owner
who passed away a 3 weeks ago. Maybe there is left some more in the tank, I just don,t know.
She is in the database
Bred from decent german stallions, from a running and winning mare 46 starts 9 wins. First foal. A sister to her dam was also dooiing good
Only a couple times phalaris in ( 2 times I think). By the sire line from
Surumu, and in the female line a horse I like very much Stuyvesant.
And some American influence although pretty obscucure
