Reserving a name??

Could someone be so kind as how to tell me how do you reserve a name for a foal. Can you do it before its born? I went to the Jockey Club site but didn't find any info. Any help will be appreciated.

There is a fee to reserve a name. I believe it is $75. They don't ask what horse you are reserving it for, so I doubt it would matter if the foal was born, or not. The reservation is good for one year.
So Run for the Roses, as fast as you can.....
