Looking for previous owners of Lisa's Ruler

Hi, I am looking for information on previous owners of Lisa's Ruler. She is a 1991 bay tb mare, 17 hands, by Aloma's Ruler and out of a mare named Silence at Once. I know she raced but I don't think she won, and I don't know where it was. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
