Nicking reports

would someone kindly guide me to a sight I can read (in simple terms) about nicking and how to understand it ......thankyou
If you speak nicely to Sam, she may explain it - one more time. It is not a difficult concept. It is a tool and like all tools, it has it's advantages and disadvantages. It is neither good nor bad - it just is. A flat tip screwdriver is neither good or bad - it just is. Will it work on a Phillips Head screw? No, but that does not make it bad.
Doing a "Search" on this forum might be the best idea.
