Anyone know "Artaxman" now at Bay Meadows?

Fell in love with him at Del Mar last August while visiting. Unfortunately he has since been dropping in class, claimed twice (currently with Jeff Mullins) and finishing back in the pack. Last race was Saturday at Bay Meadows. Striking 4 yr old roan gelding that should be in the hunter ring! Curious on any info or connections. Thanks for any help!
