I am hoping to find a photo of this mare, Subtle Raise, or if anyone knows what farm she belongs to. She is the dam of one of my geldings, Key Evidence. I know she had a 2006 Forestry colt, so she is still around, but I would really like to see a picture of her or get any info about her. I also know she is dam to GSW Broad Dynamite (picture of her would be nice to have).
Also would like any info on Key to the Mint...there is only the one photo on pedigree query and I can't print it. I know my gelding was bred at King's Way Farm in KY, but I can't find any info on the farm either. Any info would be appreciated...finding photos would be great!

Others I am interested in:
Mister Baileys (other gelding's sire)
Excavate (mare's sire)

Any info, links, photos appreciated. Feel free to PM or e-mail [email protected]

Am I wrong in thinking that Key to the Mint was one horse that did have a measured large heart?

Geo

You are right about his heart. In her book Understanding the X-Factor Haun reports (page 12) that Key to the Mint had the largest heart found in their study based on a measured heart score of 157-160. She also reports he passed this large heart (which she attributes to Princequillo) on to at least two daughters each of which produced a millionaire runner.
