Formal Attire whereabouts?

This has been bothering me for a while. While at Keeneland in 2005, Grade III Ben Ali Stakes, we saw Formal Attire break down. He was a beautiful grey, trained by Patric Biancone. They put an aircast on him and vanned him off. The next day at Biancone's barn they said he was able to be saved . I have heard nothing since.
Anyone know of this horse?
