Pedigree Query

I'll try to take more, this was the only one I got because my camera wouldn't work well in the dark. I need to charge the batteries.

I think the first one looks like a C or a lower case e or a 2 or a Z
then a 17155 but in the pic I'm thinking it could be a 17455 or 17488. heck it looks a lot different in the pic. I know it's hard to see, but what do you get out of it? Thanks

I can only see what looks like a 715.

would they use a lower case e or would it be a capital E? Finding the letter out would help a lot. I think he's a c 1999 he shouldn't be any younger, but I was thinking maybe he's older and they just assumed he was 1999 because they thought they saw a c on his tattoo? I have no idea what the previous owners based his age on if it was his actual papers or what. who knows. I'll get better pics tomorrow night with the sides of it.
