Info on Top Form

Hello everyone. I'm new here and was hoping someone could help me find information on a mare named Top Form. I found her on the pedigree query as both "Top Form2" and Top Form CUSA". She's by Dynaformer o/o She's On Top by Bold Bidder. I'd love to find this mare if possible. Thank you.

The correct name is Top Form. There are no registered horses named Top Form Cusa....I'm wondering if someone saw her listed as 'Top Form (USA)' in a foreign publication and mis-entered her. She had one win from eighteen starts, and has no registered foals.
The name Top Form has already been re-used for a 2001 colt, so as far as the Jockey Club's concerned she's been out of the picture for a while. I wouldn't be able to see if she was exported or has a death cetificate on file, but someone else here might be able to help with that.

thank you for the info. it would be great if anyone else knew more. I'd like to track her down if at all possible.

just bumping this in hopes that someone else can give me anymore info on this mare
