Pedigree Query

My friend purchased a TB at a sale barn in Terrell, Texas about 6 mos ago. Was told he was a gelding, but he wasn't healthy. She fatten him up and, guess what, he is not a gelding. She called the jockey club and asked about his tatto on his lip (E09524) and was told he raced in NY in Dec 2006, but they wouldn't tell her his name unless she paid a fee. Can anyone help me find out what his name is and his back ground. She didn't get his papers when she bought him. Thanks for any help. Michelle

Only the Jockey Club can provide information on a tattoo, and there is a fee.

And if I remember correctly, it doesn't cost much. I think I paid maybe $20 for mine seven years ago.
