a registration # for me????? i just bought a mare, trying to transfer ownership, trainer has papers, but he's in FL, horses and papers are in NY, if someone could look up this info, i'd be eternally grateful!! the horse is Short Fuse Tara, born 2003, out of Im A Trooper, by Pentelicus. thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!
