Did you notice that the page you linked to tells you that the owner is:
William J. Deckwa, Jr.
You have to click on the exclamation point in the circle next to the horse's name, and a box opens up. It doesn't always have the most recent information, but it is a start. Deckwa claimed a horse at the Fair Grounds through trainer Gerald J. Romero.
