Hi, I just picked up a new TB and after having quarter horses the 2 gen pedigree kinda threw me. I'm lost as to how to proceed researching. I mean with AQHA I log in and start printing pedigrees & performance records, does the jockey club have a feature like that? I found her pedigree here (http://www.pedigreequery.com/spanish+lace4) but I'm looking for more info, and colors would be nice too though I'm going to UCDavis her anyway. Also I wouldn't mind posting pics of her and inviting conformation critiques but I'm not sure what the protocol is for that?
Thanks, Charlotte

The Jockey Club has a division called Equineline... go to www.equineline.com. However, unlike AQHA, the Jockey Club does not have membership dues. Each report you order from equineline has a fee associated so you must first set up an account.

That one raced three times on the Illinois B circuit and once in Iowa and beat just one horse ever.
Color of your horse is registered dark bay or brown.
Sire won nine times, again mostly on the Illinois B circuit and earned $31,000.
Dam won five times, mostly in Ohio and Michigan, and earned $15,000.
Dam was bay, sire was dark bay or brown.
Hard to locate the positives in her family.

oh man, no way! So she finished dead last at least 3 times?! <snerk> No wonder she never talks about it!

She is a sweetheart, that works for me
So is there a way I can look up the races she was in and all the horses that beat her, or even the one horse she actually managed to beat (did it trip and fall?)
