Well he arrived at 4 am this morning :D Hes out of Brave Vanessa and IMO hes cracking.

Hes going to grey out I think, he has loads of white throughout his coat and the startings of goggles.

I have to say im really thrilled with him, hes so strong.

My With Approval colt was born six years ago in May. He was my first mare's first foal, and the vet said it was a tight squeeze for birthing him. He must have been folded up twisted like a pretzel, because his left knee crossed over his right one by about four inches or more.

He never looked like much--smallish and immature and crooked as a yearling and 2yo. By three he was a little crooked, but good size. Since he was lackluster and slow in training, I culled him from the herd. I sure never thought he'd amount to anything, but now he's come in second in two $100,000 stakes races at the age of five. (One in open company.)

This boy started out chestnut like his maternal grandfather Affirmed, but gradually grayed out over his first two years to look like his sire. His name is Motion Approved. His picture is in the database; he used to be my avatar photo. He's the eldest sibling of my two-day-old chestnut colt by Vicar.

Lovely guy, we had a With Approval colt 4 years ago out of a bay Mr. Prospector mare. We got a chestnut who is now at Mountaineer! Good luck with him.

Nice! The goggles are a nice touch  One of my favorite two year olds at Coby started off dark and then grayed out - all of the grays I've groomed at any of the barns or ridden have all been a pleasure to work around.
