Nice babies, Cheryl. I like the Medallist's shoulder and hip. Who's the dam? I think Medallist is a real sleeper stallion--he was damn fast.

BTW, where were the pics taken?

Michael - I bred Anna K. (Boston Harbor out of Why Go On Dreaming) to Medallist because of his speed. Perhaps this guy will have some of his sire's giddy up and go.

We foal at a farm in KY - wish I could say it was mine :) Lovely place and very nice folks. I'll PM you the farm name - without their permission I wouldn't want it posted publicly if you want more info. They've done a great job with my mares this year.

The Even the Score Colt is out of Laird's Honor (Honor Grades out of Laird's Cup). Laird's Cup is getting some runners lately so hopefully that will help come sales time :)

Anna K--is she out of On the Tree Top? I don't see her under Why Go On Dreaming. It seems to me that foal must be inbred to Vice Regent?? That alone should give it some gas!

Have you seen Medallist? What's your impression?

Michael - my bad - yep Anna K. is out of On The Tree Top - have another mare out Why Go On Dreaming  Just had a pain block yesterday so wasn't thinking really clearly :D

I did see Medallist last year when he first got to the farm before I decided to breed to him - then again this year I saw him when I went back to look at other stallions and I like him even more. He had filled out more and looked more fit. I did like how he looked and of course I liked his race/speed record. Bear in mind we (I) am no conformation expert but we thought physically they matched up pretty well. We look at pedigrees, how they match up physically and of course what we can afford at the time  Anna K. is in foal to Andromeda's Hero this year.

Congratulations - very handsome boys!! That Medallist is to die for blingy! Love his stockings. And I have to comment on the background scenery, too. It's just stunning! I don't need to know where it is, but it looks like anyone's dream farm!

C, those are stunning photos! What nice boys you have there. Their equine mamas should be proud, too! :D
