ROTFL - I am sure they are some ugly ones out there, I just haven't seen any yet. I have however seen some very not-pretty weanling/yearlings when they go through the whole growing out stage

Oh, yes, Griff! Spanish Guitar's first foal was a tiny little wrinkled up baby with a huge irregular stripe. The facial markings made her look like Jimmy Durante, or maybe the "Kilroy was here" nose.
She quickly grew into a tomboy and the biggest in the pasture, nice to look at. Her name is Music Fest, and she had a recent workout at Louisiana Downs for her owner. I'll see if I can find her original photo. The office manager called the colt that year "the pretty boy", and the filly "the ugly baby".
She definitely was a sorry looking foal!

My then 8-year-old sister was reputed to have said (when I arrived from the hospital as a newborn)
"That ugly wrinkled purple thing is MY BABY SISTER?"
I think I turned out OK...plus I have 3 inches and 40 pounds on her now. heh heh heh.

We had one at the farm this year as well - a moose that is. I think he is so ugly he is cute
