Advice

Hi Guys wanting some advice.

One of my foals this year, appears to be small to me. He is the first foal, and I measured him today, he stands 13hh tall. He was foaled in May, and as such was the last to be born (of a crop of 5). Does anyone know roughly how big should foals be at about 5mths of age? Maybe it just because he's the youngest! I know that each foal is different, but any advice of height would be great!

Cheers

You dont want to rush growth. Then you can have all kinds of problems. There are no standards that im aware of expect in the eyes of people breeding for sale! I'm sure he'll be fine , just let him be a baby and grow.
