Got another Suave colt!

Postby clh » Mon Mar 24, 2008 3:26 pm

Honor had a Suave colt on Saturday, 3/22/08 about 6:30 am. Mom and baby are doing great. This guy is really nice sized and looks just like his momma - not much chrome here ;) Bay with a crescent moon on his forehead and a snip on his nose and a back white sock.

The other Suave (born in Jan) is a chestnut and has tons of chrome.

Will get pictures posted soon (I hope). One more to go!

We've barn named them.

The chestnut out of McCaskill is Mick. Am not sure how we came by that.

The bay out of Laird's Honor is Trace as this is the mare's third foal and third colt.

And you know Madelyn I don't "name" any of my babies. Geez, hard enough to sell them now.

When Tallulah goes (the Allou/Toccet '07 filly) I'll be devastated.

Hope you are feeling better!!!!

Hey guys - thanks! MareMc - pneumonia is all cleared up and "knock on wood" the back is doing okay right now (but I'm not pushing it either which really stinks) but I don't want to get back down (literally) again.

Got one more to go and we shipped her off yesterday. Hopefully Allou will have a healthy foal sometime within the next couple of weeks.
