GONE ZILLA

Postby Jenny » Wed Apr 09, 2008 9:04 pm

This massive colt arrived 2 days ago. It took the expertise of our vet to extract this monster from his dam. We are all so happy that everything worked out well. He is correct and gorgeous just like Fish himself. He is sure stamping his foals with his looks and kind disposition. They all look like carbon copies!! I will up date pics as this guy grows. pictured here at just minutes old with me. The next morning with his dam. Jenny Bug. it was extremely rough on her. i think she will be getting the next year off.

About time we saw some pics! Glad to hear everone is doing well after the ordeal you all went through. And he does look like his daddy! Can't wait for our little Fishies.

Oh my lord! Curious, do you weigh your foals? I'd be curious if you had a weight tape what it'll say... He looks very impressive and correct despite being so big and in such a small space. How tall are you?

Congrats and give Jenny Bug a congratulatory pat from me, what a good girl :)

BTW nice play on words "Gone Zilla"

He weighs approx 120lbs. I am only 5 feet tall. Despite that he is still a huge foal, esp for Jenny Bug she is only 15 hands! I don't know who looks rougher in that photo me or Jenny!! lol. After all the nights of foal watch and then that horrible delivery. We are very happy with Gone Fishin. He sure making copies of himself!!! There was a really nice filly born for a client in Toronto and she is huge also and correct. He is going to send pics I will put them on my website and post here. He has already booked 2 mares back!!! :D So anyone thinking of booking a mare do it this year before his fee goes way up!!!

Nice foal! You should apply for the name "Gone Zilla" It's a great name for one of your Gone Fishin babies.
