Pedigree Query

I have a mare thats gonna foal any minute now, and just wanted everyone to laugh-- and wondered what y'll would think!!!


What color do you think that the foal will be?

App mare-- Leapard- few spots-- maybe 25 on her entire body! She is washed out in color- especially around her head! Her mother was A gorgeous dark gray app! She had more flecking than anything!

The sire of the foal is a Chestunut Quarter horse stallion.. He has some crome, but he is not "show ring" flashy. Bred to a roan color bay last year he produced a roan chestnut filly...

Im thinking that this foal is going to be chestnut with white spots and her moms ugly appy nose (skin spots of black coloring over the pink skin) -- but Im thinking the worst!!!

I saw a pic recently of a leopard appy mare, although she was extremely spotty, (white with black spots), had been bred to a chestnut stud, and the foal was a leopard with chestnut spots! Should be interesting - be sure to let us know and post a pic! We love those.
