HA HA HA! Mine went 6 weeks overdue last year :P
Hubby wants to know if I am sleeping on the sofa with Fat Mare TV for 2 months this year........ :?
The mare due 4/29 has had a small bag for 3 weeks so I am keeping an eye on her and told her she has to wait til at least 4/9.......but I do not think she is having visions of going way overdue

Skipit.......hope you have good news this am and there is a happy healthy baby on the ground. Mine is still on board "the bus" as I am starting to call my mare. Her udder is the size of a cows that is overdue for milking, can't believe she hasn't started dripping milk yet. Camohn.....6 weeks over.......ughhhh! I know they do go over but all these things start floating around your mind when people who don't know horses start asking things.......that are not necessarily good to be thinking. Ummm, pass the coffee please??

I am all baby monitored out! My foal cam has given me headaches! This is a 3 yr old filly who accidently got bred last year. Im fostering her for the owner until she foals. He told me a "copulation" date of March 26 2005. So Im going by that and yes she is quite huge and miserable!~Bagged up for 3 weeks, loose, swollen ankles. toes dragging out to the field, butt rubbing, you name it shes doing it LOL! Hummmmm maybe this weekend? LOL!

Glad to hear all went well Skipit.....hope momma and baby are great. On our end filly is rather large and I believe mom had a hard time. Has some bad bruising and a bit of a tear.....but after looking absolutely exhausted for 2 days, she is bright eyed and bushy tailed now! Filly was doing laps in the stall on Saturday and is the freindliest foal I have ever been around!
