Never raced and is now being retrained for Hunter/jumper or eventing. Forward mover with a huge canter stride. Not spooky.
Green but easy to ride.
16.2hh with 2 socks on same side and a star, stripe and snip with white on bottom lip. Nice temperment and ready to win in the ring.
Would make a very nice eventing mare with her stride and her size.

Here in the PQ anyone can change anything. The mare is registered by the Jockey Club as Dk Bay or Brown.
That said, I just can't get my arms around the color craze and why a black horse is somehow superior to a bay or a dark bay. I watched the WEG coverage on Sunday, and rooted for the best horse - a chestnut in the cross country, a dark bay in the dressage.. I didn't see much in the way of horses "of color" competing at the top level on the world stage. On the other hand, I only had the 6+ hours of meager coverage on NBC to go on.

Ok now I understand.
She has all dark bays behind her so I was wondering how she came to be black..................which if I could actually post a pic, she is black, no brown on or around her nose or eyes or anywhere on her.
I am in total agreement with the fact that it does not matter what colour a horse is as long as it is a horse that can prove itself to be the best.
My daughter rides one of those "chestnut mares" who is also an OTTB..........great horse
