from what I see in the photo the filly has "an ankle" but no low bow, and even if she did, I've seen plenty of dressage horses with low cold tight bows that do fine, in fact well, as one did grand prix and that was in fact a large low bow. I think with some rest and soforth she will be fine, just no galloping around like a cowboy/girl on her.

my comment was made because both crystal & I know carlos - it was not made to degrade the organization. In fact I work to find some canter horses homes - no one knows about it nor do i get paid. Like Famous woman, the horse that I help place does not end up on a meat hook she is in a loving home and will have a home for life.

And by the way Famous woman is doing just fine. She can even gallop soundly as she did yesterday - she is even getting that broodmare whitchies that she did not have before

thanks

I'm not koncking CANTER... I am a fan of the organization. I used to volunteer with them, and myself have had 3 CANTER horses..

BUT As mini's mom pointed out. I do know Carlos, and he can be known to think his horses are worth more then they are worth.

I'm cheap, I've gotten my CANTER horses at Wal-mart prices. 50% less then they were advertised for.. Nothing wrong with a Bargain...

"Dontcha Just Love.. a Bargain."

I am also a sucker for a Grey,, but I am also skeptical of what is out there. I dont just fall in love with a pretty face, and jump on the phone. I just pointed out (to me) what looked like a bow. I was not aware she is in a sweat. It didnt look so. And Carlos leaves a lot of his horses in open poltice for 48 hours.

Maybe it should be also stated on the CANTER sale page she is in a plastic sweat, so others dont make my mistake.
