6 year old OTTB Mare needs Good Home-NO LONGER AVAILABLE

Postby hollandplantation » Mon Sep 18, 2006 6:16 am

I am looking to give away a 6 year old OTTB Mare that is 16+ hands. She has only been at my barnyard for a week but I do not want her. I only took her in due to the fact that her owners were getting a divorce and fighting over who was going to feed her. I have all of her paperwork and a bill of sale signing her over to me. Please email or respond to this ad if interested in giving her a second career chance.
She was sold from Suffolks Downs track October 2005 and has not been ridden since then. She needs an experienced trainer.
Her Sires(Diligence) career earnings were $555,000
Native Dancer is in her Pedigree and his career wins were 21 wins and earnings of $785,240.00
She is in New Hampshire. Her name is Tight Security.

Please ignore the date on the photo as my camera has reset itself when the battery died. I just haven't changed it. She was only born in 2000.

Hi Donna,
I see that you run a breeding program. I really am not interested in sending her off to be a broodmare this early in her life. She does not have any track injuries to her legs and I would really like to see her reach her full athletic potential.

Thank you,
Terri Holland

Hi hollandplantation,
Welcome, from one New Hampshire-ian to another! :D

Glad you found her another home so quickly... she's lovely!

Beautiful Website!

I found a wonderful home for her with a trainer that will work with her and teach her something about the hunter/jumper world.

Thanks for your response.

I have had "Nicole" for just over one month and she is doing great. She loves work and loves jumping. By this spring she should make a very nice childrens hunter:
