Do you have any idea what size saddle she needs? I have an old Crosby Prix de Nations (it is an old style flat close contact saddle - no knee rolls) that my mom would love for me to remove from her garage it is either a 16" or 16.5". It was my first saddle many years ago, but it should still have a good number of years left in it. I would need to clean it up, but I could do that this weekend and get some photos if you are interested. I'll have to figure out how much $$, but I don't think it will go for too much.

Dang, I wish I still had all my stuff....your niece and I are exactly the same size. :? Alas, I donated all but a few 'just in case' items years ago.

As for videos, I don't have any....but Sally Swift's book 'Centered Riding' is great for beginners, and I think there was a companion video. You may want to try and track it down. :)
