Flip A Coin is the picture of exquisite refinement, she is indeed divinely feminine in conformation. "Flipper" has truly lovely hack-winning movement, and fancy, consistent form over fences. Her huge doe eyes and long lashes certainly do not accurately depict her tough, and exceedingly brave personality. We are indeed thankful that this special mare was snatched out of the hands of an American "Big Name Trainer" and kept in Canada. After successful seasons in the hunter ring with her young rider, including a Highest Scoring Thoroughbred award, she has temporarily retired from competition to produce some fabulous hunter prospects for us. Her sire Ramparts, known for his kind temperament, has thrown quite a number of successful sport horses in the Ottawa area. Her dam, Miss Libby Divot, was an accomplished eventer, and perhaps in large part responsible for Flipper's bold personality. As both of her parents were quite tall it is entirely possible that this lovely mare will produce significantly larger than herself when bred to a full sized stallion. Flip A Coin's bloodlines include the likes of Bull Dog, Sweep, Turn To, Native Dancer, Royal Charger, Nearco, Teddy, Mahmoud, Fair Play and Lavendula, to some the mother of all modern hunters. Very easy to get in foal, easy keeper.

A pairing of two exquisitely built parents... We expect that this foal will really be something special, assured to inherit the quality, movement, temperament and affectionate personality that these two share. This foal is offered as a top quality line and large pony hunter prospect, and is sure to be an exciting investment mount.

Currently a steal at $3K Canadian for the mare in foal. This mare will be sold with a right of first refusal clause, as she has been a member of our family for many years. A lease of this mare will also be considered in the 2009 season. Payment terms and discounted breedings to our stallions considered.

Why can't they hurry up the worm hole technology so I can get mares from the other side of the world to Florida faster?!

Lol, thanks Helen in FL, she is a beautiful girl. She's going to produce one heck of a fancy hunter pony!

We do use a very reasonably priced shipper that goes back and forth between our neck of the woods and Florida a couple of times a month, should it ever prove of interest!
