Looking for Light Riding Horse in Upstate NY/Northern PA

Postby Mikki79 » Sat Oct 10, 2009 8:43 am

Looking for a horse that is sound enough for light riding by light rider. Will be a companion for a 21 y/o TB mare and go on an occasional ride. Must be safe enough and calm enough for beginner rider to work around and near. Will have a great home with only one other horse. Looking for free or cheap. Not looking for anything with super lines doesn't have to be registered, or breeding sound, can be an older horse, but most be calm and easy to work around. The husband is experienced the wife is not. If you have something or know of someone that might please PM me. Prefer a gelding or a nice calm mare. Will be located within a 40 minute drive of my house and I can provide updates personally. Thanks for looking.

Mikki, I sent you a PM. There might be a horse you'd be interested in in Port Allegany, NY.
