Looking for partner in Pa. Breeding Operation.....

I am looking for a partner to continue a small breeding operation in Northern Pa. Currently have 12 good broodmares, 2 Pa. bred yearlings, 3 NY bred yearlings, 10 Pa. bred weanlings and a nice breeding stallion by Deputy Minister out of a Storm Cat mare......Several of these mares are black type with earnings up to 400k and have produce earnings over 3 million, and have produced a Breeders Cup Classic winner..........When I started this venture 2 years ago I was leaning towards the commercial yearling market......."oops" recession hits......now I still believe in the lucrative Pa. Breeders program..........but I think this needs to be more of a "breed to race" program........Thus said......I'm looking for someone that can get colts to the winners circle in Pa.......or someone who can see the potential in the program and has the finances to go forward with me.
