2 or 3 yo Hunter prospect wanted

I'm looking for a 2 or 3 year old to bring along as a hunter.

I'd be interested in something that will finish at least 15.3 and must be a great mover.

It needs to be clean legged and perfectly sound.

Please PM me if you have anything to foot the bill. I've already looked at a bunch from Canter, and didn't find anything. All the good ones are already taken.

Cricket, have you tried going to Penn National (or Philly Park, for that matter, if it's reasonably close to you) and walking around the backside area? Trainers will usually pick up on a potential buyer being around and start coming out of the woodwork. You'll get the chance to see many horses not yet listed on the CANTER site.

In addition, there are some really nice-looking horses currently for sale at Finger Lakes Racetrack in upstate NY; the Exceller Fund is taking listings, similar to what CANTER does. You can see photos and descriptions of the Finger Lakes horses available at:

I've looked at Penn National, but there don't seem to be any young ones. Most of them have run so many times, that I don't really want to take the risk. I need something very clean legged and sound.
