Gate Dancer Stallion

I am looking to place/sell my Gate Dancer stallion. I just do not have the time to give him the attention he deserves right now and I just found out that a builder is building a house just on the otherside of the stallion paddock. :(

Stallion is out of a stakes winning mare, he won almost 100K on the track, is a bright bay, tall (almost 17 hands in his bare feet) with no vices and he has a great temperment. A good home is more important that any thing else. I would like to retain one breeding.
