For all you pedigree/racing/handicapping gurus, the Road to the Roses competition has begun. It can be a great deal of fun and it's free.

I created a league that Pedigree Board Members are invited to join, and we could either use the Kentucky Derby thread started by Bill from WA or the one entitled RTTR (started by Cainhoy also in the Racing part of the forum, asking if anyone had started a league) to discuss our fantabulous handicapping abilities, or in my case commiserate on what might have been if I'd just paid more attention to Bill and George.

Unfortunately when I created the league I was in a snit at work about something, and feeling sorry for myself so I stupidly called the league Geowarrior's Clique (a clique with just me in it) - talk about regression to high school! I hope that won't prevent you all from joining. Below are the instructions as to how to join.

Assuming you have signed up first at Roadtotheroses.com, then log in to your existing account and then enter the following league info:

I hope you'll join despite the self centered league name, I was just having one of those days on which my persona appeared to me to be nothing more than pathetic. But if we ignore that, the more folks that join, the more fun.
