Far from over was the most impressive winning 3 year old this year and he is bred to the purple. He has AP Indy as his broodmare sire (Buck in the X). His sire is HOY Blame who beat Zenyatta in her only loss. He has inbreeding to the superior female, Courtly Dee and should be a tough customer in his next start. He was not nominated to the Derby and will have to be a late nominee at 6,000 dollars in MARCH.

Totally agree with you concerning Far From Over. To find Courtly Dee in a pedigree is a rare find. As you point out, he also has the Rasmussen Factor to Courtly Dee through full siblings and superior producers/runners Aishah and Althea....even more amazing to find.
Todd Pletcher moved his outfit to Palm Beach Downs, in Delray Beach, Florida this season. A training center about 10 miles south of his previous winter headquarters, Palm Meadows in Boynton Beach, Florida. He worked Far From Over, every Sunday morning like clockwork at Palm Beach Downs since Dec. 28, 2014 and shipped to NY for his Withers win in only his 2nd start. Could be something special if he stays sound? To set your mind at ease, he was an early nomination to all TC races. TJ

Long time no hear from you but as always your post is right on the money, this horse could be any kind of runner, and it looks like Pletcher knew he was ready for stakes competition. Sure hope this horse stays healthy. Good to hear from you again.

Thanks and good to hear from you too. Been busy this season, pulled up stakes (in NY) and put 'em down in Boynton Beach, Florida:-) Nice crop of 3YO's this season if they hold together....but the "if" factor really knocks these good ones out.
I think Pletcher made a smart move going to Palm Beach Downs....the Palm Meadows track surface isn't as good as it was, although still a better option then GP. Other top trainers (like Shug, Mott and Clement) prefer Payson Park in Indiantown, FL. TJ
