Stacey Farnham, aka Stacey Mitchell, known as "Spacely" on the forums, had a Felony Grand Theft Warrant filed on June 2nd, 2010, and was arrested on June 3rd and jailed.
This felony was for Theft Of Services from Terrence Konkle for horse transportation. Stacey Farnham had given him multiple false credit card numbers.
Stacey was released June 4th, 2010 on bail of $20,000, which she raised with a $2000 premium on the $20,000 bond to Bad Boys Bail Bonds of San Jose.
On December 6th, 2010, Stacey Farnham pled Nolo Contendere ("Guilty" or "No Contest") and was convicted of PC 484/487(a), Felony Grand Theft Of Labor of a Value Over Four Hundred Dollars.
She was sentenced to jail term of 10 days (of which she got credit for 2 days served and the rest was Community Service), $1200 restitution paid to victim and one year probation, at the completion of which she can ask to have her record expunged.
She has a previous Felony Conviction from 2002. She was working at Shaw's Saddlery and was arrested for and convicted of stealing saddles and cash. She made restitution and was bailed out of jail. Case EE221731.
According to court documents for this most recent Felony case, she can also ask to have the Felony Conviction for Case EE221731 expunged. This COULD mean that the Three Strikes Laws would be affected.
I urge everyone who has gotten a bad check or a false credit card number from Stacey Farnham, and anyone who was promised payment for services that she received and hasn't paid for, to file a criminal warrant report with their local police department. It is important that this be done before her 1 year's Probation Term is up.
