I adjusted the picture a lot and I think he's a dark chestnut, but not liver. He also has a lot of that flecking pattern all over his flank area. Would anyone like to see the adjusted picture? I think I can post it (legally?) on here?

He's liver IMO.

Live is completely subjective. IMO he's definitely liver.

He's got some things going on that would cause me not to breed him, but I'm sure he'd make a fine riding horse.

Oh and the picture isn't taken downhill. Look at the horizon, it's level. The biggest problem (with the photo) is that the photographer is standing closer to the shoulder of the horse and the horse actually also has his hip turned away a bit. The fronts are closer to the camera than the backs.

Yeah those are a problem!

I'd love to geld him and send him to my trainer for some manners. He'd make a great show horse! Well hopefully!
