Finally.... our first foal and she's a white filly!

After a terrible week of putting one or our horses who has been with us for 16 years down, my kids' rooster being kicked to death by a kid and my Marquetry mare aborting, we have good news: our first foal of the year! This filly is a Chet DT x Indelibull Rose, who is white with a black mane (for now anyways)! I'll post pictures of her tomorrow...

OK, so here's the weird thing: she is my 4th white tb foal. All of my all-white foals are always born before 10:00 PM. My solid bay colored and the overo bay patterned foals are always born after midnight... just a fluke? Maybe, but the pattern continued tonight! It's always great to make it an early night and not an all-nighter!

I think you have your "3" bad luck's now and you are good the forseeable future ...
