I think this is the correct Tinto. Big chestnut, almost bald face, high white legs, and a very white tail head. Raced at Belmont in race #2 maidens today.

Yuppo that is the correct Tinto - he was up at Morrisville to be broke while I was there. I know a few people that were up at Belmont - unfortunately no one seems to have gotten a good photo of him yet (I was all set to get some of him at the college...and then he left before I could
He was a really likeable guy and I'm glad to see he's been doing pretty well in his first 2 starts. It was hard to explain to the western students that no, he was not a new addition to their program, he was in fact a TB despite the markings lol

Here's another one with odd markings. White Gulch.
Beautiful photograph up on the final turn gallery.

Have you seen the rest of her? She's VERY colorful. She has high, unusual leg white and a TON of large belly white. She's also produced a son with a significant amount of color... I think by Smarty Jones.
Her color most certainly didn't come from Thunder Gulch. His dam was named White Wool Socks so I'm betting she looked similar. I'm pretty confident it came from Whitesburg. He himself was not really colorful but I couldn't count on all my fingers and toes the number of loudly colored horses directly descended from him.
