If I'd have been at Oak Tree I'd have been ALL OVER that.

There has to be a video somewhere. Maybe we can get a screen cap or something.

Yup and that doesn't even begin to show just how flashy. The white blaze curved around just above the nostrils and encompassed the whole muzzle. The hind stockings reached up over the gaskins and the front stockings are over the knees. Very impressive white. I'm still looking for an actual pic.

Storm Cat (1983) Wild Again (1980) and Exclusive Native (1965) are too flash-producing specimens. No wonder. Very good watch. Thank you very much,

I looked at this one pretty heavily and think the particular genetics we're seeing trace to Wild Again. It could be Storm Cat, but I haven't really seen this type from him as much as from Wild Again.

He helped out a lot by setting the pace to the final turn! Wish he won though, would have had more coverage of him!

According to my yours truly's observations (which are not scientific dictums) Wild Again tends to throw these kind of designs (especially in the head) but not to THAT extend on the rest of the body (legs) unless he is being "assisted" by compatible nemes in the pedigree. But again, no scientific evidence other than "after many observations".

He looks similar to...

Hip #332 Peek A Blue Too

Colt by Placid Fund-Lucky Bayou

Image

Peek A Blue Too (Hip #332), a flashy colt by Placid Fund, out of the Bayou Hebert mare, Lucky Bayou, topped day two of the Breeders Sales Company of Louisiana, inc. Annual Yearling Sale in West Monroe, Tuesday, September 29. Philip Henderson purchased the full brother to Fass Feat, a stakes winner of $293,245, for a top bid of $40,000. The colt was consigned by Clear Creek Stud LLC, agent.

Oh I have a foal photo of him!!! I've been really anxious to see how he grew up. WOW!

He's definitely splash. No doubts. Waking Up's face isn't quite as obvious as this cutie's.

That chestnut sure sticks out in that field of dark bays!
