From a sport horse buyer, I'd love to know the height of the horses - is that possible to add in?
What about adding a "Sport Horse Prospect" section? For those whose youngsters have "questionable" pedigrees for racing ...
... and that may well attract a whole new bacth of sellers and buyers to your site as well ...
Can you please also let us know how the ads work - is there a flat listing fee, or is it on a commission basis or???
Im sure a bunch of us would love to participate and see our horses on there!

Fantastic Idea!! While Starquine is a TB only website I do think the idea of have a Sport Horse Prospect catagory is a great idea and you are right in that it will bring new clients to window shop!
Starquine.com is great in that we are just a flat fee listing company. We can act as agent if a seller wants us to and a commission plan can be set up. Most people like the straight up Flat Fee to list. Their ad does not expire and we are available to make any modifications to the add the seller tells us to.
I can see what I can do about adding a height discription to the listings, but for right now that is someone if the seller wants to add that to the comment box they can do so.
I will pass those ideas onto the marketing firm that is designing the new website. Which I am SO excitied about. From selling horses online for years, there is nothing worse out there then a stale website that never changes. It makes me think they just don't care if horses get sold or not.
