brindle mare?

Postby Derby Lyn » Wed Dec 09, 2009 9:44 pm

Was this mare ever brought up? http://www.pedigreequery.com/black+angel5 She is the dam of Natal Clasi, the brindle wb stallion at Stoneybrooke Farm. If you read under the information on Natal Clasi http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/natal+clasi, it states that the dam was a lighter brindle. It also mentions about her being linebred Cigal.

I sure would love to know if she was brindle herself.

A “grosso modo”, just look at the following powerful doses Black Angel is carrying:

4 doses of Hyperion (proven source of many coat color oddities)
3 doses of Son-in-Law (another proven source of color oddities)
1 dose of Spion Kop (very rare to find him anywhere but always “bips”)
1 dose of Gallinule (conspicuous old timer)
1 dose of Relic (too many cases)

not to mention other lesser known suspicious doses I have learned to watch.
