I haven't looked but through a few pictures, and I don't know if she's there, but in my very personal opinion Faux Finish is one the most beautiful horses I've seen in a photography. And she must be stunning in person.

What a fun topic! And no fair only allowing us to select "one" so I am going to pick several. And I promise I wont pick any of my own or one's that I have bred either ... ;)

And thank you George for selecting Faux Finish and yes - she IS even more stunning in person! :)

I think leading my list has to be Painting Shadows, owned and bred by Painted Desert Farm. She is just so unique in her colouring - I'd LOVE to have her in my broodmare band! :)

And then I agree with acc - Sinatra's Reply for sure ...

Next up - Catch A Bird. The only known chimera TB and one that is producing verifiable REAL roans in the TB breed (which dont exist by the way according to the Jockey Club!)

And one of my all time favorites - Willspynow - with the most fabulous collection of birdcatcher spots all over her, and a decent race mare and excellent producer as well ...

Thats it for my list unless I think of any others! :)

Okay -

Faux Finish is lovely. I've always loved Catch A Bird. Those are among my favorites.

One of my favorites is an unknown - and I wish first that I had a picture of him and second, that he wasn't a gelding. His name is "I'm Puzzled" He's toiling in the lower level claimers at Penn & has so many birdcatcher & bend 'or spots that he looks like an appaloosa.

He has a sister named "A Daisyfield" who is racing at Golden Gate (with a similar lack of success) and I wonder if she's got the birdcatcher spots for "daisies."

I also remember an intriguing A circuit large hunter pony from maybe back in the 80s named, "She's Got Dots.' She was actually a small JC-registered TB & her name says it all.

I love them all but Painting Shadows has got to be the most beautiful TB I've ever seen! And Sinatra's Reply comes in second. Or maybe ties with Sato.

Unique color would be Contrary Rose: she was just amazing, Trichrome: wonderful looking horse, Pilate: every time I see him, I go is he gray or chestnut??? and Pelouses Queen: all those birdcatchers although Willspynow's are better placed.

For favorite colorful TBs I have to go with Prince Stanley. There's something about a black horse with high whites that I really like. A few of others with similar phenotype are:
Relaxing Rhythm, a beautiful chestnut mare with a broad white blaze and white that goes way up on her legs.
Igotitigotitgotit: A stunning chestnut gelding by Composer with a broad white blaze and three high whites. Who has been racing on the Midwest circuit at Hoosier, Turfway Park, Indiana Downs ect.
Lady Fannie: a lovely bay mare by Composer with four high whites, big blaze and a belly spot I think, who used to race at Beulah, and River Downs. You could never miss these guys on the track, with all that white flashing when they raced.

I don't have any pictures but I have always liked Albadoue-I know that is not the correct spelling! Him and his gorgeous blue eyes.
