I'm strictly curious about her - I doubt she is for sale (and I'm not really in the market). I just got a workout notice on a 5 y.o. mare named A Daisyfield. I know nothing about her except her 1/2 brother raced at Penn - he was shockingly colorful for a chestnut - birdcatcher & bend 'or spots all over him (his name is/was I'm Puzzled).
I'm just curious whether "A Daisyfield" is spotted with white, too.
Her trainer is Joseph Brook, owned by trainer & Michael A Stoff.
Jorge - if she looks like I think she might, you might find her a very interesting case to study.
Anyone ever get to Golden Gate who could look at a mare?

Hi Glenhill:
If by chance you are going to GGF anyway, or are looking for a reason to go, I'd love to know if "A Daisyfield" was named that because she's got enough little white dots on her to qualify as a field of daisies.
I can probably speak for Jorge, too, when I say it would be interesting to know what she looks like. (Even though for me, this comes under the heading of "I'm just being nosy")

Not trying to be snarky at all but before someone drives up to Golden Gate to go see a claiming horse that there is no interest in purchasing, think a moment. You need a license to get into the backside; she hasn't run in 6 months so she won't be running in the afternoon anytime soon and besides they are running the fairs until August 25th or so.
My suggestion is befriend someone with HRTV and watch the entries.

Go to www.calracing.com Free sign up and look under race replays, enter horse name and then watch the most recent race she had in dec 09. She was the 6th horse in a field of 6 and the video starts with her loading into the gate so you can see her whole right side fairly well. Nothing caught my eye as far as interesting markings. I only checked the one replay, you might find more that show her left side etc.

First, Diane thanks. That was the information I needed & I appreciate it.

Second, Sysonby, it amazes me you think that response wasn't snarky, speaking that condescendingly to glenhill & suggesting I need to 'befriend someone with HRTV.' because apparently, I clearly can't afford it myself.
