And don't forget that in spite the fact that he is a descendant from the white mare, Not Quite White (1989), ARCTIC BRIGHT is a "cropout" white; which makes his extremely white color more impressive.

Only from a horseperson phenotypical nomenclature (let's say, for "race program" purposes), not from a genotypical perspective.

Apropos Dalene's thread I have a question for her that perhaps she may enlight us.

The question: Many of the "whites" you have produced end up becoming
extremely white with age (as juveniles) like ARCTIC BRIGHT himself, while others just stay more stained with colored hairs; Have you observed or discovered any way of predicting which of your whites will become whiter?

How exciting!

I did a quick search on the internet movie database, and there is a project titled "The Lone Ranger" set for 2012. No details are available yet.

I hope he gets a good role somewhere. Nothing better than a mythical white horse. :)

Well I think the Lone Ranger would be great.............but how would they make it modern enough to hold today's audiences?
Maybe a Disney feature movie maybe? Disney is good!!
As long as they don't put a horn on his forhead or give him wings..........I'll be ok :D

Why not tell the story of WOHER? who was foaled in Germany in 1925. There is an interesting human drama with her owners, who as far as I have read had to leave the country.
