Lady Giacamo-- black, bay or dark bay?

Looks dark bay in this photo but on a color registration I saw of her (Equiline) she was registered black.

Photo is far too small to tell. If she's registered black you can bet she likely is.

Sure doesn't look bay!
On this database, she's registered black. In any case she's purdy.

The oficial information reads that the Texas-bred, LADY GIACAMO is a “Black Filly” who was foaled on “April 21, 2008”.
