My initial thought was a son of Carnivalay given his face and location. Imagine my surprise when looking at his pedigree and finding that this is coming from his damline. His dam produced several foals with blue eyes as well as white markings and her dam is noted for having blue eyes/white markings as well. Interestingly this does not appear to be solely coming from the sireline influences.
