CANTER Mare with odd white spots

Came across this mare while browsing the listings:

Revancha is a daughter of the colorful Carnivalay, see pedigree:

I found the white spots on either side of her withers interesting. Could they be leftover from scarring? In any event, she has a beautiful face.
